does it hinder your using the phone at all? Or is it merely a cosmetic issue?

Just wrote a SMS and all i did was moving and pressing the joystick around. Do you guys have the same lack of quality on your T630?
Try use the joystick, right and left a few times, also pressing it.

It is a problem cuz it misses its target from time2time and when u spend 2-3 hours a day browsing and emailing/writing very fast,it's a heluva problem.I think my next phone won't have a joystick-to start failing just after 1.3 yrs:-(

My joystick is fine, and i can only see your 4mm claim to be a bit of an over-exaduration
