t610 and my new K700 can record voice calls, voice mail etc ( I think the caller can hear the beeping while recording). So it's not a privacy issue for sure.

Hmm don't know if this method impries, but one the Orange SPVE200. Since there is no OFFICAL software to record soundwave. What the owners did (including me) - did was simply hit the video record funtion. Even though it was recording pictures aswell, its recorded the sound from the phone calls. Anyone want to try it?

My old Sony Z5 had the function. Remember the P900 has a 128Mb MS Duo limitation, and its not a hardware limitation as we all know now...

Yes , U can record the conversation and that aslo for a unlimited time but its that simple ...
1. Connect your phone to phone using BT (Voice gateway )
2. Connect headphone and mic to ur comp
3. dail a number from ur mobile
4. Record "Wav out " with any recorder on ur comp .

its that simple ....

I agree... Surely there is SOME way to do this. I am not familiar with the P900 API or Symbian programming in general, but many of us have already been proven wrong about certain features that were once thought "impossible" to implement. Maybe SE did, somehow, block voice recording. Maybe the output from the speaker (and in turn, the voice codecs) is not accessable from the operating system/API, from a programmers standpoint. Who knows...

Symbian Wave should look into this, as they seem to be the experts at creating very useful and very desirable utilities for the P900.
