I pay a monthly bill for my minutes and a small charge for wap. How do y'all have to pay? Just curious.

Prepay is not the same as contract. You can buy extra minutes when you need them. And you can get local tariffs still
But there is always an activation fee.

Sorry. They have a Smart Access plan that you pay for your minutes and if you go over they shut down your service. On contract they just charge you whatever you go over. With SA you still have to have a contract.
