I thought of modyfying it, so i could put my own message tones on it..
I read something interesting on Cellular-Support you see.. read here:
T610 Developer Firmware
T610 Developer Firmware
WARNING! This firmware would appear to have a
few *extra* functions in it. When turning the phone on it will
send a SMS message to 0046702546163 This was programmed
in by SonyEricsson so they could track usage and try and
prevent leaking. There maybe other things hidden in this
firmware, use at your own risk!!
Special firmware for T610, with it you can, among other
things, edit themes right from phone, replace some system
sounds, and delete some predefined items.
Will also display a lot of info about your phone!

Now it looks like it is a slight possibility that you
can change the Message Tones, cause when i flashed the phone with this, I went to Entertaiment>Debug Tools> sys>sounds.. there was some AMR and some MIDI sounds there, among those, the message and Low Battery tones also where there.. Well, i thought I try it the easy way, and i renamed a short MIDI file on my computer to system_sound_0 and sent it to my phone, but it only got saved in My Sounds.. So it must be some kind of "block-out" in SE firmware that dissalows you to save this in system... that's why I want to change the firmware, too see if it's possible to replace the system sounds.. I know this ounds crazy and all, but at least I'm gonna try ...
