By excepting the upgrades he has started a new 12 month contract - unless the phones are less than 7 working days old, then they can be returned. What bundle are u talking about? as you can call and just ask for it to be deleted

Chimp, the T&C can say whatever they like - no court will enforce it. The service is "not as described" unless Orange can provide documentary evidence to the contrary.

@absinthebri - actually the terms are legally binding.
The bundle is nothing to do with the terms and conditions! Its just a billing bundle that has been added... and can be deleted
