Hm.. that first one is really tricky. But how can that NOT count as criminal offense? That woman tricked you to get into your home and use your phone, right? Isn't it a scam? Since no car of hers broke down and she wasn't really talking to her husband on the phone!

Bull shit!!! If this happens it IS criminal offence and you can not to pay this bill and those phone company will be closed because it is also making this criminal offence and it's phone number is known now ))!!!
That will not work ... may be you get the money from first stupid man, but when it's happens 2nd, 3rd etc. times - police will notice this and this phone company will be in jail!

U have read this somewhere??? has it been officially confirmed, coz that could happen anywhere, even if u r walking in a street u won't risk giving ur mobile to any one asking to make a call, or something worst might happen he might run away with ur mobile!!!!!!!!!
