It's worth the upgrade!
I've seen some new software coming for the P910i (which
is coming now because of the no-limit-memory) and it gonna rock

i have a z1010, but i can change it againts a p900 (4months old) and give he about $100. Is it worth?, i dont have enogh to bye a p910 new, so this is my only way to get a P9xx. I think z1010 sucks, the only good thing is that you can use it like modem to your laptop, but in decmber they start to take payed for this. So i dont going to use ut.
z1010 or p900?!

hope u ar understand my bad english.

after an hour with the P910 I now feel reasonably qualified to answer this and my opinion is (ignoring the P900 to P910 firmware update possibility) is that unless you really want duo pro support, need more internal memory or really must have the latest, then if you already have a P900 its not worth it to sell the P900 and buy a P910. You really can do most of what the P910 offers or get software that does it (such as the spreadsheet, word and pdf etc).

@masseur

I am keen to see your review. I am very positive about my P910i (wont repeat reasons here as I have already posted this above) and I would summarise my experience as:

- major hardware changes (keypad, screen, memory, etc)
- minor software improvements (HTML email viewing, BT icons, BT profiles, etc)

So, as another member said, the P910i is a platform for running more sophisticated apps (e.g. navigation without the need for a GPRS connection). When these apps become available the value in having a P910i will increase.

But the OS does need development - perhaps Symbian OS 8 and UIQ 3 will have real improvements around PIM, sync and landscape viewing.

I do agree with your comments but being realistic, most of these are things that a P900 owner can do without as they are not showstoppers (except for the internal memory and duo pro as already mentioned).

there will always be the ego thing about not having the latest but if the P900 owner can get over that they should still be very happy with what they have

I really would recommend them hanging on for the next version
