@701 you are right there mate, another old phone in a new but ugly case. I really cant get their keypad designs (I owned a 3650 before and sold it within a month) it's not economic and gives you the feeling your trying to learn new technology

I like 6600 better than k700i. does this have a 262k screen or a usual crappy screen?

And again two models: one for GSM 900/1800/1900, the other for GSM 850/1800/1900.
How it comes that only Motorola (and Siemens?) know how to put those 4 frequencies in to one phone?

The design is butt ugly IMO. The ugliness has something to do with the placement of the keys, I think. especially the one with the blue casing. But I'm guessing it's an intentional move by Nokia. I meant the ugly design. A strategy which has long been working for them.
It looks worse than 7610. It's features are inferior to the 6630. Still no IR. Is nokia completely ridding all their phones of IR ? font>
Look, looks, looks, image, image, image.
Who cares what it looks like? It's a phone. Do you put as much consideration to looks when you buy your home phone, because that's on show all the time and never hidden away, whereas your mobile is destined to spend most of its life hidden away in your pocket. Some people are so easy to please. Stick some pretty covers on a phone and they're hooked.
But this phone seems just the ticket, based on its features, size and interface. I'm concerned about the battery life. But let's not get too hung up on functionality eh. Let's look at the pics instead. :zzz

Letīs take a 7610, put everything from the inside to a new case and letīs call it 6670.
Thatīs all about making money.
Best regards,
Nokia

I must admit im none too impressed with the look, or, indeed, Nokia's marketing angle, but to be honest its the best Nokia i've seen for a while, even if it is just the best bits pilfered from other models.
