IMHO - SE SPeaker phones are really pathetic after using a Nokia for the past 18 months.
Just my opinion, but yeah, I think the Nokias are heaps better.
Agreed with you.
I personally never had a Nokia, but tried a lot of Nokias. Their loudspeakers are better then SE (and a one-press access by the soft key).
May be in the later SE phones, this function will be better. SE is not used to have this function up to T630

Even the T290 has a speakerphone.

K700 vs 6230
I think my K700i speaker phone function is not only louder than the 6230 but also a lot better at distances. I can put my phone on my desk and use the speaker from where I sit to my computer monitor and the other person hears me fine.
I compare the K700 and the 6230 as I believe these phones are equally matched and are aimed at the same market level, but no doubt someone will mention a Nokia sybmian phone with a super Yahama sound chip capable of blah blah blah...

the speakerfone is great if its combined with the moving sensor, just as in r520.

I think the k700's speaker phone works well, I've even used it a couple of times in my car and it's worked fine.
