yeah im having the same trouble, but i cant even recieve an e-mail to my vizzavi account on the internet let alone the phone, there must b a problem with vizzavi. I have tried sending e-mails from my NTL account and my Hotmail account and both times they return an undelivered notice, with the same message dan gets. We may have to contact vizzavi to find out wot the hells going on.

Yes I have the same problem Stevo, I have it working now using pop3 from Virgin.net, smtp from Vizzavi, and dialing using Vizzavi GSM Wap settings.

I was just gonna use Virgin.net and dial there 0845 number, but in July these numbers can no longer be used with your inclusive minutes, so it has to be Vizzavi that I dial...

Attachments can be sent ok using this method, but Vodafone tech support didn't beleive me...

Stevo etc,
I had a similar problem with Vizzavi and it turned out that if the email sent to your Vizzavi account was constructed as an 'html' email, the Vizzavi WAP email server does not deal with it. If the email is constructed as 'plain text' it is fine. Mind you I was accessing my Vizzavi email account using WAP. Dunno if this is the same problem that you-all are having but just thought I'd mention it.

All of a sudden I can't seem to access my Vizzavi e-mail from my T39......have checked all the settings and they seem to be ok......including IP addresses (as per 'Lucky' 16/06/02)....any chance the IPa's have changed?....or has this something to do the 'merger' of Vizzavi with Vodafone?......will contact both but don't hold out too much hope....can anyone help?
