it must be something during production... maybe the machines grip the motherboards at that location when everything else is screwed in or something like that.
is the phone working okay though?

there's a little bit of scratches inside, I even opened my phone up and saw a lot of imperfect soldering, scratches on the motherboard, the antenna plate is not very flat, the 3 LED for the backlight are not perfectly equal in brightness. I'm so worried about my phone now even if it's working just fine! Am I being paranoid?

I think you are.
Prior to reading this thread, i suspect you'd never had the thought of opening up your phone to inspect the soldering.
If it's working fine there is n need to complain imho. It's the interior of the phone, it does not reuire to be aesthetically perfect, it requires to be solid enough to do it's job.
Scrathes on metal surfaces do appear. Soldering can (easily) appear 'imperfect'. Ever tried soldering?
Personally I think people overreact. Open up your tv and look at the parts. You think they might be scratched?
Your pc? My cd rom drive has an outer scratch. This has never prevented it from working just fine though.
As long as the chips and cabling are good..... what's the big deal?

Have you noticed that the key #2 have a tendency to get stuck if you press it upwards?
