where does the sticker start on the joystick, is it just the top, or the whole of the joystick including the base. Mine looks like paint, as a tiny bit has chipped off.

Buck247, yes your right, it is more like paint. Like yours mine has slightly peeled off as well...
No big deal. 1 thing i have noticed is how much i use my K700i compared to my previous phones i can only some it up as a joy to use and the best phone i have had to date!
I noticed on a couple of sites eg:

that the RAZR V3 is going for like $US 2,148.88

mi quickshare sticker is firmly in place, i didn't know that the online sign was even a sticker (also no problems) while i'm almost 100% sure that mine yojstick doesn't have a sticker on it.....
i'm very impressed by the quality of mine k700 to say the least...

Hm... reading about 50 post concerning this sticker problem. Seems like the online or/and quickshare sticker is falling off everybodys K700 phones!! sooner or later. This feels very nice and genuine.... Time to swap my phone to Nokia or whatever. Didnt pay $500 for a phone with this sticker "quality"
