umm well yeah with the old p phones but i guess most p910 users use it considering it has a full qwerty keypad.....

I had a P800 and lost my flip (couldn't be arsed buying a new one) so I got used to using it with the virtual one, however now I have the P910i I love the flip and will not be taking it off.

it's not too difficult opening the flip (I train regularly on very small weights) and I love the backlit T9 option. also I don't want to lose the Qwerty pad on the inside, if only because it looks very useful

and If I get really desperate I can always use the flip as a scoop instead of Nacho's

Here Here.

I think Symbian 8 will offer such functionality - "one handed operation". Sometimes it really is a pain to have to open the flip to operate some software, or I want to edit a calendar entry via the keypad. On occassions it just isn't right to be in FO mode.

Symbian 8 has been already distributed to licensees so its just a matter of time.

Unfortunately one handed operation will not happen on P9xx

That isn't going to happen. I guarantee it.

I like it the way it is.
By opening the flip I get a full view of everything, whilst if the flip had beem closed there would have been limtations of how and what the apps are suposed to work.
My vote: Sorry mate; No.

I would like the phone to work like any other non-Smartphone when the flip is closed. That is, have all functionality possible while the flip is closed, and full functionality when the flip is opened.

I really want flip-closed Wap browsing.

I think their should be more programs available with the flip closed.
Ok the stylus is very good and easily understands a whole range of handwritting.
.... Im not sad enough though to test it but im sure i can write a text faster with the keys than i can do with a stylus.

I would love to be able to
watch video,
see pics,
playgames,
see my outbox, sent items, drafts in sms texts... I dont thinktheir is away is their?
Can u really be arsed to get a stylus out in the of middle of street to edit a note? or a sms? and have every one point at u un say geek!

Im sure some ones going to prove me wrong now!

Aidan
