SonyEricsson Z500i sure, it might not be released in Sweden... but nothing says you can't order it from another european country, just that you have to live without swedish menus...

Indeed, the z500i is not mentioned on the swedish pages of the se site. That is very strange. The i-version is 900-1800-1900 so you could use one.
But the v800 is on the product page already!

I can live without swedish menus, but where can i order it from?
Do not anyone know where i can order the z500 and be sure that it will be deliverd?

Sony Ericssons nya vikbara kameramobil Z500 kommer till Sverige i början av 2005. Z600 kommer att säljas som en vikbar kameratelefon i den lite billigare prisklassen.
Sedan tidigare säljs Z500 på den nordamerikanska marknaden. Men nu satsar Sony Ericsson alltså på att sälja den också i Sverige och övriga Europa. Här säljs redan Z600, men Z500 ska inte ses som en efterföljare till den.
- Nej, Z600 har ju bluetooth också, säger Per Alksten på Sony Ericsson.
Dessutom har Z500 nyare menyer än den något äldre Z600. Menyerna i Z500 är identiska med Sony Ericssons icke vikbara kameramobil K500, som redan nu säljs i svenska butiker.
Priset på Z500 lär också bli ganska lågt, och till formatet är Z500 något tunnare än Z600 som är en ganska ”bullig” telefon. Z500 har på insidan en tft-skärm som visar 65000 färger. Det sitter också en enklare färgskärm på telefonens utsida. I den visas klocklag, batteristatus, nummer på den som ringer med mera.
Z500 är en kameramobil och kameran tar bilder i upp till vga-format, alltså 640x480 pixel. Det finns också kalender och adressbok i telefone, och det går att synkronisera med pc via usb-sladd.
