My suggestion:
1. wear yourself out with exercise few hours before bedtime
2. drink fresh milk mixed with kahlua and ice
3. don't visit Esato (this is the hardest)

How 'bout what the farmer's always advise - count 40 sheeps jumping over a fence ! That worked for me on the 39th mates!
