Sometimes, tap him on the shoulder and say 'excuse me' or if that doesn't work- make an imaginary call on your own mobile and yell 'there's this jerk who needs some help, would the mental institution send transport?' etc. This message was posted from a T630

What if you're the person who makes all the noise? Some people get SO irritated when I shout out what happens next. This message was posted from a T68i

Or say very loudly "oooh, this is a good bit!!" at frequent intervals, or "this bit if boring"

Anyway, I'd try to bluejack the offending person.

I went to see Panic Room when it first came out, it was the first thing i had been to see for ages and i was really looking forward to it, and there was a bunch of annoying kids (about 15 or 16 years old) in the row in front of us, and they kept shouting stuff, so i slapped one on the back of the head, and he shut up after that, but the others kept at it, at the end credits one of them put his popcorn bucket on as a hat, and started screaming, so my mate skelped it off his head and i pushed him over the next row of seats! Then we cornered the ringleader outside and demanded our fiver each from him, as he ruined the film for me. I gave it the old "i've been working hard ALL week so i could go and see this film, and you ruined it! Gimme my money!" you know the kind of stuff! Poor kid, he nearly cried! I wouldnt have taken money off him even if he had it, but i bet he doesnt act like a prat at the cinema any more...standing up for consumers rights, i was, it wasnt thuggery

I'm a very calm person and it takes alot to change that, but don't make me angry, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry

YES, if provoked he will just turn into this mate . . . Also a blockbuster hit in the movies . . . Just taking waht @masseur uttered here !

My take on the situation is . . . . depends on the movie I am in, if it's action, then karate I will apply to the person, if it's a drama, then will call the attention by crying, if it's a comedy, then will tickle that person's underarm till it stops, if it's an adult one, well depends if that's a girl, if gay, will apply action still . . .

if theres any spaces near the person you can either

a) go and sit behind then and rhytmically kick the back of their chair, its the most annoying thing ever!
b) try and sit next to him, calmly put your hand on his leg and start stroking it, he'll be proper freaked and hopefully leave
