I would'nt touch a non-OEM battery. It poses numerous risks to the phone if it can't regulate power or charges. I would wait until SE offically releases an extended battery.

A 1.1Ah battery would be great.i only get one day from my k7,so this will give just over an extra half day with same use. This message was posted from a K700i

Had bad experiences with the non-orig 1000 mah batt for t630, less performance then the orig 770 mah batt. This message was posted from a T630

I've never had any bad experiences with aftermarket batteries. The ones i've bought have always lasted longer than the official ones. Have got 3 aftermarket batteries for my S700 and i get an extra day's use out of them than that of the standard S700 battery. This message was posted from a S700

yeah, I mean, why not use a battery that's for sure better than original one? it's not that expensive either...

Of course it depends on the co. who launch a batt what tech they use. At an original u know what u buy, at a non orig never. This message was posted from a T630

I'm using batteries made by Sido a Japanese company. Only cost of £4 each. From what i've seen official batteries cost a lot more at around £40-£70 each. I know what i would buy. This message was posted from a S700

I quite do not agree when you say a battery better than the 'original' ! As it would just be the best to fit the said fone model of the said fone brand! That's why if you make notice of the SE fone model's detecting 'alien' batts when charging, that's just a good thing to consider to know also if you have purchased an original one or not . . . Original batts my cost so much, but it is just worth to have it, as it will last longer (I guess and should be) than the 'replacement' ones!

@staz u had luck with those, but not every - most of imo - non orig batts are what they promise. The only question i ask usually: why se cant make useable batts? This message was posted from a T630
