OK, I'll post on the thread...it's no secret to be honest.

As I mentioned in the first post that is the problme I am facing. It has been ongoing now for a while and I explained my annoyance at having to 'put-up' with this fault. I then explained that the repeat MMS messages where filling the phones memory meaning I was constantly having to delete them in order to use Opera etc. I asked if there was an alternative handset I could have in replacement of my P900. I enquired if they would do the P910i as I alredy have software I've bought for my P900. They said fine and arranged to send me the new P910i FOC. That's it really.

Ive just been on the phone myself to vodafone about the fault, told them pretty much the same. All I getting is a replacement p900 or I could exchange it for a reconditioned phone! Told the guy I WAS NOT HAPPY but would give the replacement a try (even after telling him that ALL p900's have the same fault!)

With regards to MMs fault as far as iam aware the fault is not with the P900 but with the encryption/pathway that the P900 has problems with so i don't think a new phone P900 will do the trick.
A patch in the settings that Vodafone would send out once the problem has been solved would do the trick, but as i said before i really don't think that Vodafone are not in ne particular great rush
Cest' la vie

It's problem with the P900 itself and Voda know that and have admitted it. Push for a P910i once you have the new one and I'm certain they will give you one.

Well, MMS works flawlessly on my P900 in Vodafone here in Sweden. Never multireceived, and only time I got the error described was roaming sending MMS in the Azores. Which was annoying but not a reason to change the phone...

Im on VODA (but singlepoint) contract the phone is Sim free and R5b02 - will these firmware still have the problem, and does anyone know if I should be ringing vodafone or singlepoint for repair / service - my 3 button is faulty.

Suppose they will look at my online account when i ring them up to check how many MMS messages i send or recieve
