You can do it online yourself if you have a data cable otherwise take it to a SonyEricsson service centre where it is free.
Have you tried the master reset first though? Could save you the bother

month later i dropped that one down the toilet haha, lucky i had insurance on it

I did a master reset and it was fine for a month or so, then the problem comes back gradually, it seems to hold less and less sms messages.
Its starting to annoy me.
