Does that method mean you download like a weeks worth or whatever or does it send you EVERY time you receive?

no the way i said you dont get downloads you can go on to your account and see if you have a email or not,takes a few seconds

I just used Hot Viewer...It worked fin...Could read my Emails, but after I disconnected etc....It showed me the bytes sent and recieved....Does this mean i just got charged

that depends on what tarrif your on etc, if u pay for data calls then yes you will but if u get inclusive wap minutes like me (:D 300) then it dont matter
