i tried to follow your suggestions with making it possible to send&receive emails from yahoo on T68.
when i got to the pop forwarding step in yahoo webpage, i first activated Yahoodelivers, but when entered the forwarding menu, the only thing i get is the request to pay for the forwarding option.
any advise on that ?
i have a "yahoo.com" account.
thanx,
regards,
Qlex

I'm on Orange Business 200 (now Everytime 200).
I couldn't get Yahoo! to work at all with Orange WAP. With Ericsson WAP I could receive but not send, but with Vodafone WAP I can do both!
BTW, for me using Vodafone WAP is okay as I get free cross-net calls, and I just sent the configuration from the SE site, just saying I'm on Vodafone rather than Orange.

Yahoo! Mail in the U.S. started charging it's users for POP2/SMTP access from late April 2002. Yahoo! U.K. have not implemented this.

However, if you have a "yahoo.com" email domain rather than "yahoo.co.uk" or other tagged to the end of your email id, Yahoo! U.S. will claim you as one of theirs and charge you if you want to keep your POP/SMTP access.

It's a bit unfair as "yahoo.co.uk" was not available until the last couple of years, before that you would have got "yahoo.com" regardless of where you are. Yahoo! will not change your email domian, even if you are a non-U.S. resident or even if the mail server they assign you is the U.K. pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk (which is a bit outrageous).
