You shouldn't discharge Lithium based batteries, you should actually top it up daily to have best possible battery performance and life. Lithium batteries' lifetime is measured in number of full discharges, and I believe this number is 500

@sbjg actually the most "liked" for a batt is to be charged again when its almost empty, he is looking for a way to drain the batt to get that result
