> Z200 for old man?

I can see your point in getting him the Z200; good screen, ease of use, cam scell, the clock and all that, BUT... The buttons are fairly aquard on that phone mate.
My wife's granny is 92 and she culdn't dial a number since the buttons are lying flat along the surface of the keyboard instead of being slightly lifted as on most other phones.
Food for thought mate

btw best solution for older ppl is the r320 or r530, big screen, big buttons. my dad has got pretty fat fingers, th only model what really fit hi needs. dont htink he is impressed so much of a fone cos its has colours, so a greyscale would me welcome aswell imo.

Advice taken! Thanks!
Does the Z200 have an active flip?

I ended up getting him a Samsung E105 from T-Mobile. It's really a nice piece of equipment. The phone feels very solid and the audio, voice, and display is crystal clear. The only thing the old man doesn't like about the phone are the ring signals.

Nice phone for an old man - my grandad thinks the Z200 is beautiful. He was an architect, and he just sat there looking at mine for about 10 minutes! He said it was brill, nice colours, and sleek, clever design.
But he has no interest in phones whatsoever, so i dont really think there is any point in me getting one for him!

(btw - they are only £49.95 in phones4u on o2!!!)
Great price

well, whatever phone you chose, i think its best to keep your father in law happy!! for a lot of reasons
i'd suggest a nokia 6610, for nice keypad and fairly larger screen.
