If you mean just for the fileman part then fileman is good
I havent used Sman but it is supposed to do the same thing as fileman and its free
Nearly everyone who has a P800/P900/P910 has Sman on their phone

If you download
VTO Theme Editor which is Free, you can load UTZ themes into this and just click upload to phone via the cradle. also you can edit the themes very easily.

I prefer SMan even though its UI is simpler than Tracker, and the fact that Tracker consumes much more battery than SMan actually put me off from using Tracker ever since I discovered SMan.
