That is a huge leap from the 1.3mp camera phones that are coming out currently. Skipped the 2..4mp range completely.

well some one askt "can it replace a digitalcamera..." i say you can not just look at the number of pixels in a camera and say if it is good or not .. in a mobile phone there is not to much room for a big ccd so it´s must be a realy small pixels whit 5.000.000 pixels on it, so thats no good i rather have like 2- max 3 mpx on such a small ccd.

And the optics cant be to good in that small space either

Impressive but so unbelieveably ugly.
Looks like the p9_0 in a way buit still very ugly.

The picture with the 'real' camera next to it is revealing.

I would like to see Sonyericsson with 5 and 10MP phones soon..I have heard that

will have a 4MP handset within 10 months.
