Or try rubbing in a little absinthe and licking it off. I have some at 140 proof I could send you. I have no idea if it'll remove the marks but after a few licks you won't care much any more!

As my felllow Esato companions pointed out, WD40 should work.
Just in case if it does'nt get some white spirit or turpentine. But be careful not to make your skin come in contact with these. Afterwards, wipe your phone off with a damp cloth to get rid of annoying smell.

Couldn't find much solvents so I tried nail varnish remover with a earbud most come of but theres still a slight sum still there, maybe i'll try surgical spirit next :-p
