To play "Day of the tentacle", "Beneath a steel sky" and lots of other games:
Download the latest version of EScummVM (0.6.1) Release Candidate 3
0.51 is old and have a bug that makes it hard to play DOTT also it don't support reencoding the speach/music file to mp3 format as the newest version does.

Beneth a steel sky has been released free you can find it
on scummvm homepage
here along with more information what other games work with the emulator.

i really like vrally(controls stink) and some games from noumena innovation!

It works for me mate i just tried it
Go over to the right hand side where it says
File and right click
Save Target As
