i wouldn't put too much faith into the flip count as there are ways to reset it. when i got my t39, the flip count read under 1000. now looking at the phone's condition, that was obviously not the case.
all the same, i still love my t39 and it continually amazes me how it can still do some things much better than some of today's phones.

Just done a pretty brief,but thorough search about resetting flip count.all results stated that It's not possible,or is this not the case?

Check the 7th and 8th nr of imei if u dont want turn offt the fone to check where it is from.
