In case you still wanted this answered: you cannot. Apart from the connection between PC and phone (you're wanting to use a sync station for this) and the actual phone software files (the ones from cellular support for example) you'll need a software that will do the actual transfer. And one that will work with the sync station too.
I personally do not know of such a software, but you might wanna search for one.
If none are found you'll need to resort to terminator + DIV software like the rest of us
