Kez, why get a top phone for mp3 playback? Why not just get an mp3 player? ;-) This message was posted from a T68i

@miss uk

P910 is a much better music player especially if you use the ogg vorbis format & an ogg music player

think i'm happy with my p900 for now - this is the longest i've ever owned one phone for - got it back in december '03!

think the problem is that although i didn't need UIQ when i got my p900 - now i couldn't live without it! the p910i just doesn't seem to be enough of an upgrade to me, i was tempted by the moto a1000 but i think i need a hardware flip with T9 as i txt alot.

i would be tempted to upgrade from a p900. not because of the keyboard, but due to the fact that it supports MSDuoPro.
but, since i don't even use the 32Mb that came with the phone to it's fullest, i guess i don't need more memory.
so i'm happy with my p900 for now.

and if it was just the pro duo support you wanted you could always just upgrade to p910i firmware. i would do just that but i have 3 128Mb duos which provide me plenty of room for my porn and a few mp3s and apps - would be nice to have it all on 1 (expensive) duo pro tho.

I came to the p910 from an sl45 and a nokia 1100. I naturally think it is a great phone and will probably hold on to it untill its replacement becomes resonably priced and bug free.

I had a p900 just over a 18 months ago, naturally I wanted to fill the 128mb memory card with whatever I could, unfortunately I only managed a handful of songs and a few scummVM games, I felt like a change so I sold it and purchased an XDA along with a 512mb SD card, functionality was great but its size managed to get me a few odd looks when it was crammed into my pocket. Four months later I lost it so it didn't matter anyway, in an emergency I bought a Motorola a920 with a925 firmware because it was cheap and available at the time... I soon lost interest in this phone because frankly, I thought it was crap.

So I then sold that along with my precious Amiga 4000/040 to get the p910.

And THAT is why I have one instead of the p900...
