So I know I can expect a reduction in quality between my outgoing K700 and incoming P910, but the 910 isn't as bad as my old T630 is it?! That really was a rubbish camera, probably the worst I've seen actually!

Nope T610 is worse imo
You know for the really artistic shots, you need to take em during dawn or sunset. P910 excels in that aspect.

It seems to me that even t610 has much better camera than p900.Sure pictures has taken by t 610 are sharper in pc. Can I improve the quality of p900 camera by upgrading of fw.Quality of my pictures is really very bad.I'm not able to improve it in pc. thanks

I have both the k700 and the p900. In my opinion, the quality of the k700's cam is better. However, judge for yourself. Have just taken these pics under equal conditions:
