You can check out the quality of the pictures taken by the S700i compared to Nokia 6670 and ans Semiens S65. The camera quality of the 6630 should be similar to 6670. I don't think any phones fro Nokia are using a CCD lens like the S700i. I think that makes the difference in quality compared to the CMOS lens used be most other camera phones.
