Ei guys good news i just found out that the one who told me was wrong because I checked the store out which was Hello in Rockwell and said that the price which was 23k pesos was for K700i not a S700i which is for me good. (the store said that the s7 was not yet available in their store) I still thank the guys for helping me out and I'm sorry for information but i confirmed it that the k700i costs about 418$ and the s7 drops a price a bit to about 600$.
