The legislative laws of a state/country doesn't necessarily translate to what a manufacturer is 'legally' able to produce or include in their product. So SE may very well include that feature if they wish without fearing any legal recourse. Again, the discretion to utilize the tool would be left to the end user in that case.

T68i ? Never heard of or considered it, must be an inferior SE model, perhaps a simple phone for simple people (JOKE). I think that there is so much crammed into the phone that certain software sacrifices have been made, maybe a 3rd party software will become available if enough people ask !
