maybe the original poster was considering value for money? as you do get more for your money with the p900 at the moment!

True but he said P900 is a better all round phone by it's stats!
Apart from the price the P900 has NO advantages over P910.

Obviously that doesn't stop it being magnificent

Why ugrade to the P910i you say, mine only cost me £110 on upgrade, and i can sell my P900 for £200 plus. and still have all of the P900s features plus all the new enhanced ones, reason enough if you ask me. This message was posted from a P910

the p910 is not just there for people to upgrade you know?
think of it this way. Imagine you had neither,. but you WERE going to buy it. 1 year later you have the option of a newer model for the same price or a bit cheaper or the old one. What would you choose?

Some people care about the small things like the memory card etc... Some people can afford the upgrade.
Some people can get an upgraded phone for free on their tariff.

MANY reasons. If you didn't want to upgrade, it's due to a personal reason.

(i'm not being mean, just spitting things as they come to mind)

if i wanted to use a qwerty keyboard i'll turn my pc on!
if i needed a better screen i'd buy a pair of bi-phocals!
and i wouldnt need loads of memory on a card b-cos i dont load my p900 up with loadsa crap applications that have no use - like alot of people!
Come on guys it's a phone for god's sake!!! - i know its cool to have a good phone but the p910 is really quite a crap edition to the sony erricson range when the p800 and p900 are already boss in the market!

NO the P900 is boss! The P9 compared to the P8 is like comparing Emile Hesky to Wayne Rooney.....one smply gives way to the need breed! lol

some still think the p800 was actually a better phone - personally the best of the edition in my opinion (which i am entitled to) is THE P900!!
you can do almost anything you like with the features provided anyways - so who cares about the Dissapointing P910?

I'm a bit confused... the P910 has everything the P900 has, and more, so if you are happy with the P900 surely you can be "at least" equally happy with the P910?

you are probably looking at it from the perspective of a P900 owner rather than a P800 owner or someone buying a p series for the first time. that shouldn't, however, make it any less a good phone than the P900 though it can be understood that you would not want to change one for the other

my point really is that the P910 can harly be called "dissapointing" while in the same breath the P900 is called "the best" given that the two are so similar
