The T39!!! One of my most favourite Ericsson phones. Unfortunately, my T39 batt is spoilt. Hope to get a replacement soon.

@bucky..i made the mistake of buying a fresh "alien" battery for mine,so be careful.the alien battery i bought has;bsl-10,3.6v,550mah,and made in sweden printed on it.it also displays the ericsson name and logo in white capitals,at the bottom off the battery.go for bus11,made in japan and finished in malaysia ultra slim if possible.@jn..that's why i'm not going to even attempt changing the housing mate :-D

@k700nut - Yeah I totally agree too of not becoming some kind of a 'hero' changing those covers mate . . . 'bout the 'replacement' battery . . . I manage to buy me then one, for only US$ 3.75 at my turf, the performance was ALMOST the very same of the original one, though not totally sure here how LONG it's LIFE is gonna work, maybe for 4 months only

@bobafett I was using the original BUS-11. My flip counter is less than 6000. Had this phone together with my T68i a couple of years back. Guess I have not charged the batt for a long time and it when dead.

@jn...i tried the alien battery,but it prevents the battery status function from working.it makes me wonder if the alien battery might only be the old ni-cad type.anyway,i just ended up carefully peeling the sticker from the new alien battery,and placing it on the old looking original.it now looks new.knowing my look the battery will pack in next week though.lol :-D

Always keep batts full charged if dont use it. Never buy non orig batts, had wrong experiences with it, /// fones are very sensitive against them. Bus10 500mah, aus11 600mah,bsl11 850mah and bhc10 1200mah are the orig ones.

My, replacement T39m battery works just fine as I have said in my last post dude
The battery indicator performs very like of the original too . . . so as the stand-by time!
@bobafett - I guess SOME have NO other recourse but to BUY "replacement/alien/non-original" battery specially if we are talkin' 'bout OLD Ericsson fones here . . . very rare nowadays to manage to LOOK for original parts . . . even ONLINE stores 'seldom' sells one . . .
