I was quoted £199, before telling them (Orange) that it was too much, and they dropped it to £99.99, which I thought was fair enough.
It's very simple - phone them up and ask for a PAC code. When they ask why, tell them that you want a P910i and you have been offered one for free by O2 with your spend. But you hear Orange are charging £200, so if they can't match it, you'd like to leave.
Bet you get a free one on your doorstep the next day!
