i would have to agree w/that lawsuit, after all it seems that SAGEM didn't even bother to design something new, just debranded nokia's model for theirs, but then again what cell company hasn't done that b4.

well i agree with you but i just have to say that in my opinion v70 and s700 are two totally different designs, sure the form factor is the same but heck does that mean all clamshells are the same?
sony ericsson used this design in japan where such a form factor is popular and s700 is an anwser to people who wanted to have japan technology and style in european phones
v80 is a little similar to s700 but i still think the designs couldn't be different.....
