@k700nut - Well taking the case of the necklace here matey . . . fake or not - looks are very deceiving up close, so goes with the batts, as you really don't know the contents (cells) of it . . . as I have bought some replacement batts for my T10 and T39mc back then . . . I made notice that it's stand-by time performs like that of the genuine, but when I am being 'called' upon, the bars sometimed 'dive' from full to mid in just 3 minutes . . . sometime just in - seconds

The necklace I got from Esato is very unique indeed as I haven't seen one 'yet' in Manila, even in authorized SE shops.

I wouldn't trust a neckstrap in the holes on the phone but as well as belt clips
krusell can also supply neck straps that clip into their cases so if you don't mind having a case on the phone too then that might be an answer
