I have been with O2 for about 5 years now cause they alway gave me the best deals for the way i use my phone. However i think their customer service has got terrible in the last 6 months as each question i ask via email they dont seem to be reading the question correctly and giving me answers i already know. After several emails i usually get the right answer. Anyone know where there email staff are based cause they never seem to have western names?! This message was posted from a K700i

i havent had proper internet for a couple of years now but i seem to remember that the emails were automated. it just used to look for keywords in the mail you sent and sent "appropriate" responses. it never did work properly.

I use Glo, the only GPRS enabled network in Nigeria on my p800 for the internet access. They've also got the best quality of service and are a very consumer-centric network.

I use MTN on my backup phone. I dont necessarily apreciate their quality of service or attitude to the consumer, but they do have d widest coverage up till now, and I can at least dial in to access office mail via CSD should I have a problem with Glo's GPRS service.
