i am in Melbourne, Australia.... since i've instroduced some of my classmates to the dealer's shop, so she was very keen to send the phone away for me(how practical)...... anyway, she is not the one losing money, Ericsson is replacing the phone for free under the 30-day-safe-guard policy

cool! thx for the great info! but i dun have T68 with me anymore..... got a bricky 5110 with a Hello Kitty antena as my replacement phone..... eerrrrrrrrrrrr......... how gay is that.......
