To send the pictures via e-mail from the phone do you have to be subscribed to gprs? or can it work with a normal wap connection, im with vodafone and have tried to send background pics from the phone to my e-mail account to see if you can send pictures, but it just says failed all the time?

Go to sonyericsson.com/t68 to download WAP or GPRS settings for your network.
WAP itself is fine but GPRS is faster and cheaper! I sold my Nokia 8310 for £150, walked into a Voda shop and got the t68i, camera, and freebies for £199. Well worth the extra 50 quid!
