here's some pics compared to the sharp gx30..

yes i know some of the lighting is off.. i was in a rush..

but you guys have to realize that out of the box the nokia will take better pics.. you have to understand a little about picture taking to get teh true potential out of the s700i..

nokia is a point and shoot.. overall it will generate better pics when user is an amatuer..IMO

yep, for amateur users, 6630's better, but talking about which is better, i think it's talking about which camera gives more possibilities to producing better pictures.

I started this thread and I was supposed to publish the comparison but I have been delayed due to some business.

Anyway, I have talked with an user from mobile-review.com and he will provide me enough with webspace for all shots.

I will use following mobile phones in my comparison:
Sony Ericsson S700i, V800, maybe K700i and of course the Nokia 6630.
I can already tell you now that S700i is superior.

Eldar's S700i perform pretty poor actually, blurry and that crap. I don't know whether it has to do it is a development copy or just a bad copy?

Hang in there guys

@shyam : quite correct indeed, The v800 does have a cmos sensor, hence its image quality isn't as good as an s700.

can anyone post the "correct" manual settings for the s700 camera? i.e. what needs to be tweaked from the "default" configuration... (hope i made myself clear)...
