people say there's some problem in accessing it.

Another really good email provider is netidentity.com (it's not free) however, it is really good. I've had an email (myfirstname@mylastname.com) with them for years, and never receive any spam.

Sorry, should have probably specified that they have a database of ca. 20000 names etc which are available. However, if e.g. your name is 'John Smith', and smith.com is already registered by another party, you might be able to get
...@smith.net or similar. If you go to netidentity.com you can try a search to see if you name is available.

Two Romanian providers: wap.mymail.ro and wap.acasa.ro - both are accessible from pop3 clients, in addition to simple, lightweight wap interfaces.
