just go in the store and give the phone. but mind you the waiting time is about 2-3 hours.
nah it wasnt orange phone, i just wanted to latest firmware. im not too sure about unbranding the firmware etc. but you could always call them, thats what i did.

just tell them ypu want the generic sofware and thats it, they gonna do it for free. bring your documents o proved that the [hone is really yours and thats it, make sure you go there early b4 noon so that you can get ypour phone the same day. .... note not all carphone ware house store do this, only does who got a technician inhouse.
