Real anything will not play on your K700. It is not designed for that and there is no substitute. So, the only option is to get a Nokia phone. Bottom line.

The original question was answered in the second post, but this thread continued on and on.
For the sake of anyone interested the answer is: no, Real Player will not work on a k700 and there is no 3rd party application for this.
Can we consider the question answered now?
