The display is the same on both, also the camera.
The problem with the Z1010 is that the lens is on the bottom part of the phone, behind the keypad, you have to get "under" the phone to see the display, it just won't work. I hope you all get my description of the problem. The lens inside the phone can't be used for anything else then portraits of yourself, maybe not even for that, it is ment to be used for video-calls.
For example on the Z600 the lens is behind the display on the upper half of the phone so you can point and see.

The VGA camera position is fine and no problem at all. The CIF camera is for videocalls only. The Z010 hasn't got a limit for video recording, if you have enough memory left. I had the K700i but changed to the Z1010 for good! For me the Z1010 is the better phone!
