umm, what i would do is open sman and search for that app. you can also just browse c:\system\apps (or d:\system\apps). if its there then you can launch it by clicking on it. if its not there then just forget about it. even if it told you that it had installed, it hasnt.

If that doesn't show anything, go into the task manager part of sman, and then 'options' then press 'show hidden tasks', and see if it's running in the background at all.
