i rang SE australia, they said on some of the new phones, they dun have the protective layer.........

So I think mine was pretty new.... the idiot in the shop asked me what I was doing and then saw the Service Menu and said: "Hey, you're not allowed to do that!!!"

Yep I have the same idea...
I have had 5 times a T68m that was uded.
And one T68i with wrong LED's.
So now I am waiting for an answer from SonyEricsson
what they are going to do with my mobile phone.
