Give me the printer and keep the photos

QUICKSHARE is the way Sony-Ericsson just want you to let you know that you can TAKE PIX (or Video) and QUICK-SHARE it via MMS or BLUTEETH (fast and easy), or just send it to your PC via USB cable or BluTooth.

unfortunately, i don't see any other logical explanation about this.

maybe a BluTooth printer (if it exist) and print by sending the pic from the phone to it?

whatever

Quickshare is basically marketing for a feature of SE phones. You can take a picture, video etc and beam it to other phones without having to use a PC (phone - phone). Most other phones either require a phone-PC-phone transfer, or elese require you to send them off via MMS ($$).

As for bluetooth printers, there are a few printers which support bluetooth natively (HP deskjet 995c as an example), but a number of the newer printers support bluetooth via a plug in module (normally via the USB port).

I've used a few actually, and SE phones tend to be much faster connecting to them than say a nokia (less steps involved).

Quickshare i believe (could be wrong here) was developed by SE (at least the T610 was the first phone to support it). May also explain why we don't see it on Nokias/Samsungs, either SE won't license it to them, or they won't pay for it
